-2+ Years of Experience - Required
- Experienced in attending Fine Needle Aspirations to provide Rapid On-Site procedure coverage and specimen adequacy evaluations - Required -
- Able to perform both primary and QC screening - Required - -
- Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) - Required
- Performs accurate technical cytological screening and interpretation, according to established procedures, for both Gynecological and Non-Gynecological cytology samples.
- Refer appropriate cases for hierarchical review by recording classifications on slides and alerting pathologists to abnormal cell structures for further examination.

Assists with coordinating FNA Procedure schedules between Endoscopy and Radiology areas.
Attends FNA Procedures and performs fine needle aspiration Rapid On-Site Evaluations in a timely fashion and provides an adequacy assessment to the performing physician, communicating in a professional manner.
Processes and prepares FNA ROSE specimens for examination, providing proper record keeping and labeling of slides and specimens.
Properly triages ancillary testing as needed.
Performs the proper setup/cleanup of the FNA Cart.
