Job Description Pharmacy Support Center Specialist Location:
Detroit, MI 48243 / Hybrid Position Duration: 10 Month Contract
Pay: $18-20/hr W2 Description: This Pharmacy Technician Role is
within a remote contact center. We service heath care members and
providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P
program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning
benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely
tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours). A. Work Hours • Monday
thru Friday 8:30am and as late as 5pm in office days. On-site on a
rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business
needs. Help desk is opened Mon. – Fri. 8am to 6pm. • Peak Season
Oct. to Mar. • Schedules are based on seniority and company needs
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – The most important must-have
skills. • Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years • Good
computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc) • Good fundamental
knowledge of drug names and drug classes Required Skills/Experience
– The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: •
Exceptional Customer Service • Detail Oriented • Ability to
multi-task • Willingness to accept change Preferred
Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience.
Include: • Call center experience • CMS knowledge
Education/Certifications – Include: • CPhT preferred (Certified
Pharmacy Tech licensed)
