Job Description Job Description Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. You will design and deliver robust Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions while architecting secure, scalable integrations using GCP services. Rate Range: $70/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Solution Architect job responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud) to support captive finance operations and enhance customer engagement. Architect and manage secure, scalable integration services using GCP native tools (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway) for real-time, event-driven data synchronization. Lead the configuration and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder and Email Studio. Evaluate technical implementation options and present clear recommendations, building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and integration platforms. Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation for Salesforce and GCP integration solutions while staying current with emerging technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development, systems integration, or related technical roles. Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud) and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, customization, and API integrations. Hands-on experience architecting and implementing secure, scalable integrations using GCP native services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway) for event-driven communication.
