About the Role: The Timekeeping Specialist plays a critical role
in ensuring accurate and timely recording of employee work hours,
which directly impacts payroll processing and compliance with labor
regulations. This position involves managing timekeeping systems,
verifying timesheets, and resolving discrepancies to maintain data
integrity. The specialist collaborates closely with HR and payroll
departments to support efficient workforce management and

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required;
associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in
timekeeping, payroll, or administrative support roles. Familiarity
with timekeeping software and systems, such as Kronos, ADP, or
similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data
entry and record-keeping. Basic understanding of labor laws and
regulations related to employee work hours and overtime. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in a human resources or payroll
department. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data
management tools. Knowledge of federal and state labor compliance
requirements. Excellent communication skills for interacting with
employees and management. Certification in payroll or timekeeping
systems is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the
organization's timekeeping system, ensuring all employee work hours
are accurately recorded and updated. Review and verify timesheets
for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving any
discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to
ensure timely processing of employee hours and related data.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping policies,
procedures, and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Generate and analyze reports related to attendance, overtime, and
leave to support management decision-making and compliance audits.
