The Maintenance Worker/Assistant performs various duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. Maintenance services are provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures to enhance resident comfort and enhance the quality of life. Demonstrate competence in application of mechanical and technical concepts to facility plant repair and maintenance projects. Demonstrates interpersonal skills to interact with facility staff and residents to answer questions and to make prompt efforts to resolve grievances.
