experienced MDS Coordinator (MDS Nurse / Clinical Reimbursement
Coordinator) to join our team. This is a key leadership role
responsible for the accuracy of MDS assessments, care planning, and
proper Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. If you understand the
MDS process, know PDPM, and take pride in running an organized,
compliant program, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do •
Coordinate and complete accurate and timely MDS assessments •
Ensure compliance with RAI guidelines, Medicare, and Medicaid
regulations • Work closely with nursing, therapy, and the
interdisciplinary team to develop care plans • Support accurate
reimbursement and strong clinical outcomes • Monitor documentation
and keep the building survey ready • Help drive quality improvement
and strong resident care What We're Looking For • RN or LPN license
in Michigan • Minimum 1 years of MDS experience in a skilled
nursing facility • Strong knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, and
Medicare reimbursement • Highly organized with strong attention to
detail • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leadership
and therapy teams • Experienced MDS professionals preferred PM25
