Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse
Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities: Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or
disabled patients. communicate with collaborating physicians or
specialists regarding patient care Monitor and patient vitals as
required Suction via trach per the patient's plan of care. Tube
feed and medication administration Cough assist, trach care,
personal care, bathing, and incontinence care checks as needed.
Turn and reposition as needed. Provide advice and emotional support
to patients and their family members Ventilation Maintenance, and
pulse ox reading as recommended wound care and debridement IV
medication administration Complete necessary documentation at the
end of their shift. Qualifications: One year experience with home
healthcare RN or LPN from an accredited school Ability to build
rapport with patients Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
skills Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of home
environments Knowledge of critical thinking skills Company
