Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist position is available within a K-12 school
setting serving students ages 5 to 26 with autism, emotional
impairments, or cognitive impairments. This contract role offers a
collaborative environment focused on supporting diverse learner
needs through tailored therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with
autism, emotional impairments, and cognitive impairments. Develop,
implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment
with educational goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress. Conduct
assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
and therapy outcomes. Support functional skills development to
enhance participation in academic and school-related activities.
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and
credentials. Experience working with school-aged children and young
adults (ages 526) in a K-12 educational environment. Knowledge of
therapeutic strategies specific to students with autism, emotional
impairments, and cognitive impairments. Strong communication and
teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and
families. Ability to manage caseload and maintain thorough
