COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Otolaryngology (ENT) Salary: $550K-$575K production incentive offered year two Sign on bonus: $50K $200K Student educational assistance directly from hospital - Guaranteed. Relocation: Paid 4-6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) CME $4,000 Days Malpractice paid, claims made, insurance coverage Great benefits and Retirement plan - benefit book available RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Otolaryngology (ENT) Bread & Butter, (will entertain niche clinical interests) 4 days (36-hour week) Call: Called by ER after hours, up to physician’s discretion how to handle call. Support staff: Nurse/MA for support (rooming patients); clerical staff; other specialists.
