Job Description:
A company is looking for a PMO Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day PMO activities to ensure programs and projects
meet client goals
Lead and develop the project management team while fostering
collaboration
Establish project management standards and assist in managing
project prioritization and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations management,
or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a professional
services or client-facing environment
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in coaching and mentoring
team members
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project financial
tracking and reporting
Familiarity with portfolio management processes and experience with
project management tools like Dynamics 365 Project Operations is
desired
