Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Dundee, MI Pay: $22-$25/hr, depending on experience Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) Days: 7am-7:30pm What’s in it for you: Direct Hire: Join our team on a permanent basis Bonus Opportunities: We offer referral bonuses of $1500, and perfect attendance bonuses Advancement: we promote from within Over Time: Time and a Half for anything over 40 hours. All Sundays are double time What you’ll be doing: Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience Strong mechanical skills Electrical knowledge a plus You should be proficient in: Equipment Troubleshooting Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Experience Hydraulics Experience Electrical Troubleshooting Maintenance and Repair Skills Machines & technologies you'll use: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Extrusion Machine Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens) Conveyor Systems
