You’ll work on advanced CNC machinery in a clean, well-maintained environment where teamwork and craftsmanship are valued. What You’ll Do Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery including Hurco mills, lathes, and Mazak equipment. Perform full production runs, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain consistent quality. Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and technical drawings to execute precise machining operations. Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks, making adjustments as needed. Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform routine machine maintenance. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold quality standards. What You Bring Prior CNC machining experience required (Hurco or Mazak experience a plus). Ability to perform own tooling changes and make independent adjustments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Proficiency in blueprint reading and dimensional inspection. High school diploma or GED equivalent. CNC programming familiarity is a plus.
