What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Maintain targeted occupancy levels through proactive admissions and outreach efforts
  
• Serve as a key contact for prospective residents and their families
  
• Support marketing and community engagement activities, including events and sponsorships
  
• Assist with developing promotional materials and advertising opportunities
  
• Coordinate admissions with the referring entity
  
• Complete admission paperwork with new resident and/or responsible party

  • Experience working with older adults in long term care facility (preferred)
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
