Title Insurance Senior Processor Location: Hybrid (Office Work
From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are
seeking an Experienced Title Insurance Senior Processor to join a
fast-paced, multi-state title operation. This individual will play
a key role in preparing files for closing, reviewing title
documentation, and coordinating the final steps of the transaction
process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and
experienced in managing title files from processing through closing
preparation. This role offers a hybrid work environment , allowing
flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. Key
Responsibilities Balance lender Closing Disclosures (CDs) and
ensure financial accuracy prior to closing Verify property taxes
and confirm tax information is correct for each transaction Review
and analyze title commitments and title work Schedule notaries and
closings with borrowers and all necessary parties Prepare closing
document packages and ensure documentation is complete and
compliant Coordinate with lenders, agents, borrowers, and internal
teams throughout the closing process Work within a multi-state
title office environment , ensuring compliance with various state
requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of title processing
experience preferred Strong understanding of title commitments,
title work, and closing documentation Experience balancing lender
CDs Experience verifying property taxes and reviewing title
documentation Experience coordinating closings and scheduling
mobile notaries Proficiency with title software such as Qualia,
SoftPro, or similar systems Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files in a
fast-paced environment Work Environment Hybrid schedule available
(combination of in-office and remote work) Collaborative team
