This role will support multiple departments/individuals with their various administrative requests. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, dependable, professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities will vary by day, depending on administrative support needed. Examples of work that will be performed are:Coordinate equipment repair and building service requestsMaintain records of maintenance and other facilities activityReceive and process deliveriesManage all mail, incoming and outgoingAssist with internal events/meetings procuring necessary supplies and catering, providing required equipment, and general clean-upAssist departments throughout the building with filing and record retention effortsMonitor supplies and place ordersTravel within the local area to pick up mail, packages, copies, supplies, etc.Perform receptionist duties when requestedOther administrative duties as requestedEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma with some college or equivalent experienceValid Driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicleProven track record in a similar roleReliable transportation is requiredDependable, punctual employee with solid attendance recordExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-taskStrong organization skills with a high level of attention to detailFamiliarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machine, printer, etc.) and postage meterProficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word and ExcelTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily.
