Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trading & Portfolio Operations Lead
to oversee trading infrastructure and strategy across centralized
and decentralized markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end trading operations across various venues, ensuring
seamless execution and reconciliation of crypto assets
Oversee algorithmic strategies and conduct performance analysis to
identify trends and actionable insights
Design and scale operational workflows and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure operational integrity
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years in trading operations, risk, or portfolio management
roles
Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related
field; advanced degree preferred
Deep expertise in financial markets, derivatives, and DeFi
protocols
Proficiency in trading infrastructure and intermediate to advanced
skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools
